“I was kind of hesitant, but I had been having terrible leg cramps 3-4 times weekly, sometimes multiple times in one night. I have been taking MAG R&R before going to bed. 2 pills, instead of the recommended 3, and it has greatly reduced the frequency of the cramps, and decreased their severity when they do occur. I might increase to 3 pills, if needed.”

“I bought this to treat my constant Charlie horses that were happening daily and nightly. I was only sleeping on average about three hours a night. After about one week of taking 3 capsules of Mag R&R, the cramps were gone and I am sleeping about 6 hours a night! I don’t wake up groggy or anything. I wake up wide awake and ready to run through my day! I am retired and am able to do whatever I want to now without worrying about getting cramps or not sleeping well! I highly recommend this product!!!”

“Since day 1, I haven’t had 1 foot or leg cramp. I couldn’t believe it actually worked. I have been taking Mag Glycinate for over a year with daily cramping. It’s amazing. I have been taking 3 nightly. Going to try to decrease to 2 and hope still works as well. Highly recommend”
