“These do help cramps in my feet and legs noticing a difference since taking them especially at night when those awful cramps happen. We need magnesium alot of us dont have or get the proper amount daily it is vital for our heart too. Good product. Jean Mooney”

“For months I was woken nightly from a sleep with cramps in my leg or legs. I found out about your product and hoped for the best. I started with 1 pill not much result, when to 2 pills a little better, then went to the full recommended dosage and took 3 pills amazing result. I used it for 4 days with great result, i got to smart and said lets see if this will continue without the pills, NOT A GOOD IDEA. I went back on the pills and no problems since. I cant thank you enough. I take alot of supplements none as effective as this”
