“This product has been the only thing that has worked to help me with night foot cramps after suffering permanent nerve damage from a prior accident. I also take a nerve blocker, however without this product I would have terrible foot cramps. I’ve tried everything from pickle juice to seltzer water and particular herbal remedies. None have worked like this!”

“This product along with liquid mag on back of my calves at night is the only thing that has helped. I have hypothyroidism. I have tried so many diets and supplements and nothing has helped the leg cramps. This combo works for me. So glad I tried it.”

“First of all, I want to say this product really worked for me. I was having debilitating calf/leg cramps at night which disrupted my sleep and affected my movement into the following day. It took the full dose of 3 pills per night, but that allowed me to sleep cramp free. However, I started to have itchy areas on my calf (no rash) which I'd never had before. I then had a few other itchy areas on my legs. It took awhile for me to think it might have to do with Mag r&r, but once I stopped taking it, the itching disappeared within a day. I am happy to be rid of the itching, but really disheartened that I can no longer use this amazing product.”

“This product works to reduce the occurrences of or eliminate severe muscle cramps in both of my legs during early morning hours. I take 1 caplet in the morning and another just before I go to bed on a normal day. On a day when I have been walking or otherwise exercising in the sun I will take 2 caplets at night. No leg cramps with this schedule. My weight is about 160-165 pounds. The dosage is sensitive to body weight and dehydration for me. I tried 3 bottles of MAG R&R at first and recently switched to 6 bottles for my second order. Magnesium Glycinate from the local vitamin shop was unable to get the same result for me.”
