“Not sure if it’s working. I’m using both daytime and night time meds and still getting leg cramps every night. What else can I be doing? Also have increased my water intake”

Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

Hi there! I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. Please try starting with only 1 capsule (instead of 3) to assess your need/tolerance. Many customers get great results with only 1 capsule.
