“It certainly has helped me. Waking 3 to 4 times a night with crippling leg cramps had become normal, and now with Mag R & R; (I am taking 2 before going to bed), I am sleeping thru the night without the severely painful leg & foot cramps. Thank you so much. Believe me, I was very skeptical because I could not find anything that worked. I also still take magnesium daily AM & PM.”

“I tried other products but sadly nothing stopped my leg cramps until I used Mag R&R. I recommend Mag R&R to everyone who doesn't like waking at night with bad leg cramps, because with Mag R&R you will get a good nights sleep.”

“I tried everything to stop those leg cramps. Leg exercises, stretches, Magnesism pills etc. but they persisted. So I bought your Salt Wrap pills and along with leg calf muscle stretches they stopped. The combination of calf muscle stretches and just one Salt Wrap pill they stopped. Turns out that I only need one pill along with the leg stretches.”
