“Bought this product for leg cramps. They were so bad I would have to get up nightly and walk around. Started take this about 4 to 5 weeks ago. First night no cramps. Though I had found the answer. Now I am be gaining to have cramps bad enough to have yo get up and stand to get the cramping to stop. Will give it a few more weeks to see what happens.”

We totally understand this, Sherry. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. Consistency is key!

“My first review has disappeared, possibly because I found Mag3D on Amazon and it immediately stopped 30+ years of awful nocturnal leg cramps. Then found your site and ordered R&R which did not work . .at first. When you sold out off 3D I desperately kept trying R&R, which finally began working after awhile. Sleeping on 3D was not a problem. Anyway am now taking collagen synthesis and am about to order Join Recovery to see if it will resolve other problems. (You also did not answer some simple questions - again I think because the supplements worked fine backwards for me).”

“tried all the typical things for nocturnal leg cramps and this is the ONLY product that gave me Relief. I started slowly as recommended and worked up to the max 3/night capsules over about a 10 day period. Directions say it could take time to get correct dosage and full effect. But by the end of the 3rd week I was sleeping they the night and not having to get out of bed to walk off my cramps/spasms. Do I ever still get cramps during the night? Yes, occasionally. But I have more nights without cramps/spasms than with; and the ones I do get aren’t nearly as intense, painful, or long lasting. Could not be happier with this product!”
