We understand, Shirlrey. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. Consistency is key!

“This product has changed my life. I was waking up multiple times at night with muscle cramps. It got so bad I was afraid to go to bed because I knew the slightest wrong move would cause a cramp.
