“I have severe neuropathy and I was having horrible cramps at sleep time. My Doctor recommended me to take Magnesium which I started taking, however cramps persisted. I did a little research and I found Mag R&R products. What I read made sense to me so I ordered them. I started taking the 3 capsules dose immediately so far during these few days no cramps and a full night sleep. Huge difference in my mood, my energy and my overall well-being. “Mag R&R has helped with the horrible leg cramps I used to get during the night while asleep. This product has lessen the cramps so much, almost completely. I still take the supplements in hopes to rid of cramps.”

“The nighttime Mag R&R has greatly increased my nighttime leg cramps without the bowel side effects. I have back issues (grade 3 spondylolisthesis) and my left big toe up through my shin get severe cramps, sometimes several times a night. This helps!!”

“In the approximate 2 weeks I've been taking the pills each night, I have only had one night with one leg cramp. I only take one each night before bed. My sleep is improved, however, still not always consistent.”
