“Since taking Mag R&R my leg cramps have been greatly reduced. If I could take the full dosage I could give it 5 stars. But it contains way too much more melatonin than is needed and causes me other problems.”

“I started having worsening leg cramps during the night some time within the last year. I began researching remedies and ended up taking magnesium which had adverse reactions in the area of digestion. It was during one of my cramping nights I woke up to research again.
