“I've gotten a couple of orders of the Mag R & R so far. It says to work up to 3 capsules a day, but so far, I've only needed ONE at bedtime. This stuff really works! No weird side effects either. I've recommended it to my daughter-in-law and she loves it too! It's worth the cost, in my opinion (or I wouldn't have re-ordered!)”
