“I have been experiencing muscle cramps most of my life, but I was really concerned when I started taking statins for my inherited high lipids. I was very concerned due to the possible side effects of increased muscle cramps. In the last few months, I experienced nightly cramps ( every other hour), so I was desperate for some relief. I tried everything ( even other Magnesium spplements), but the only product for relief was Mag R & R . Now I have been able to sleep and get on with my life. I can't thank you enough!”

“I started with R&R and my husband started to have some problems with leg cramps, so he started taking it. He doesn't go an evening without it. I have to take it by 8pm otherwise I'm not awake enough for my parrot to be happy with me. He starts giving orders as to what he wants for breakfast, If I don't respond fast enough, I hear...."You're sleepy" over and over. my hubby doesn't have to worry about that. It works. That's all a person asks from a product.”
