“I have been taking the Magnesium R&R 900 mg for 3 weeks now and I still can't tell if it's working. I started as recommended 2 tablets for 3 nights then increase to 3 but still not sure. I'm hoping it'll start working soon.”

Hi Alma - Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Most people see the best results after a few weeks of continued use. Consistency is key. We can always refund you just say the word - but hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“I bought Mag R&R as it was stop night time leg cramps. I've been using it for nearly 2 weeks, taking 3 at bedtime with NO relief. I would advise people not to get it! It doesn't help, just a waste of money!!!”
