That's great to hear! We have plenty of customers who taper down to only 1-2 capsules, and others that are able to only use as needed OR are able to completely taper off. It takes time, so I suggest staying consistent for 30-60 days, then tapering down as you are able (while keeping symptoms away).

“This product actually does what it says it will do! It really helps me get a good night's sleep with no or very few leg cramps. If I do get a cramp, it goes away much faster. I started with one capsule but find I need two. Thank you for a great product!”
