“I would have to probably take a lot more to get any benefit. for the price, you don't get enough. they even say you may have to take three capsules at one time. this lets me know they no they don't have enough for the price they charge”

Hi Hiawatha - Please email help@saltwrap.com if you would like a refund and we'll take care of you! Regarding the dosage: the suggested serving is 3 capsules. The amount of capsules per serving is based purely on the volume of active ingredients. However, many users don't need the full 3 capsules to get relief (which is why we suggest starting with 1 or 2). Sorry this didn't work out for you. If you haven't already, please consider using the full 3 capsule dosage. I look forward to hearing from you and figuring out how we can help further! :D

“I am extremely pleased not only with the outstanding service from Salt Wrap, but the Mag R&R is an absolute life saver. I have had nocturnal cramps through my calves, knees, feet, toes every single night. They often wake me up 3 or 4 times overnight where I have to jump out of bed to try to stretch them out. This has been going on for years. Well, to my absolute surprise and pleasure, the very first night I took the Mag R&R, not one cramp. I take 3 pills which is the full dose, which is what I need. So, for the past 11 nights I have had zero pains in my legs, feet, toes. This is remarkable. I am extremely impressed and filled with gratitude for this product. I am sleeping much better as well since I am not being woken up over night with the cramping. I would highly , highly recommend this product. Thank you”

“I have only been taking it for a very short time. It took a few days but my cramps were calmer for a couple of nites, Then Last night I didn't have any. I only take 2 (I weigh 115) So far I'm happy with my results.”
