“I am still new with this product. So I’m saving a 5 for later. I have had leg cramps as long as I can remember. Some daytime more nighttime. On a daily routine. The first two weeks I took two pills a night. No cramps nothing. This past Wednesday night took the same 2 pills, but had cramps in both legs and they lasted all night. The only difference was I played 2 hours of tennis that night before bed. Thursday night 2 pills no cramps. So I am still working through this. Ordered the book today.”

“I have been suffering for years with severe leg cramps. I have tried coral calcium, magnesium malate, pickle juice, magnesium oil (as a rub), muscle relaxers, you name it. When the cramps started to worsen and become a nightly occurrence, with, at one point, me waking up screaming and unable to walk. I decided to look for something else. I found this product, read the reviews and decided to try a bottle. The first night I took one capsule, but started having some cramps, so I took a second one. WOW! In a few days my cramps were GONE! I was one happy camper. Then, on occasions, I would have a sensation that a cramp was about to start, but it would eventually away. I have taken these tablets with great success for at least 6 month. But, For the last week or so, the cramps started coming back, so I have upped my dose to three tablets per night. Hopefully this will do the trick. It has been so nice to NOT wake up in horrible pain. Thanks salt wrap!”

“I received my shipment on 6/15, started my nighttime relief program on the 16th. First night was no relief. My thought was maybe it takes a few nights to take effect. Second night I had my first relief from pain, also I finally slept. This went on for a couple weeks and then my pain came back. Quit taking after after a week . Disappointed, not sure why it works then stops working?”

“Hi, First bottle several months ago. Just ordered second because I sleep better. Important, cause rotator cuff surgery and other ailments had me sleeping in 2-4 spurts followed by 2-4 hours awake. Also, leg cramps gone and don't wake me in pain.”
