“After suffering for months on and off with nightly leg cramps I started researching what could help alleviate these cramps and found Salt Wrap and MAG R&R. I have not had night cramps in over a year and had no idea I was lacking in magnesium. I brought this to my annual Dr. Appt and after researching the ingredients and SaltWrap my physician gave me the ok to continue using this product. While it appears to be expensive for me it well worth it. No waking up with excruciating pain in my thighs or calfs or feet. I would recommend this to anyone having the same issues and loss of sleep.”

“I don’t like these star ratings as they can be deceptive. This product did not work for me. I noticed no difference in my nocturnal leg cramps even taking 3 capsules. My far less expensive mag/gly and B6 was more effective.”

“You leg cramp pills work sometimes and sometimes not. I have to take 3 and sometime even with 3 I still get cramps.”

Hi Jill - Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Most people see the best results after a few weeks of continued use. Consistency is key. Again, we can always refund you just say the word - but hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“I have had severe leg cramps all night for almost a year. I read your information on the cause of leg cramps and ordered a bottle of MAG R&R; after 3 nights of taking this product I only occasionally got up once. This is truly a miracle product and I will certainly continue ordering it. The best thing, they are a US company and you can talk to a real human. Thank you Saltwrap.”
