Hi Marsha - We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. Consistency is key!

“I had been having excruciating cramps in my upper thighs that made it almost impossible to get to the refrigerator to get a bottle of tonic water with quinine to help alleviate the pain. Then I heard of MagRR and thought I would take a chance. I have been taking three pills every night for several months now, and have only had two mild events that disappeared quickly. These pills are a life saver and they help me to stay asleep better than other pills I have taken.”

“At 75 I had been having severe night-time leg cramps for several years. I had tried all kinds of vitamin supplements recommended by friends, doctors and internet research that I could find but none of them worked to bring more than partial relief for more then a few months at most and then stopped being effective. It had gotten so bad that I was being jolted awake about every hour all night long every night. By chance I saw an ad on line for MAG R&R and read the reviews. While I didn't really have much confidence that it was all for real, I was desperate enough to try it anyway. Amazingly I saw a lessening of the frequency and severity of the cramps the first night after taking one capsule before bed. After a few days I tried taking 2 caps and found it nearly eliminated the night cramps. Then I went back and read more reviews and found that some people said that 3 capsules per night worked best for them...I decided to try that and increased to 3 per night and have almost no more problem since. Its now been going on two years and its still working for me. I was so thrilled with the relief I was getting that I took the bottle in on my next doctor visit and told him about it so he could tell his other patients who suffered about it. He read the ingredients listed and said there was nothing in it that would conflict with any of my other medications so he approved. I would tell anyone suffering with muscle cramps to try it. It really works for me.”

“I recently bought some more MAG R & R. I do not want to be without it and my doctor approves. Without it, my legs and feet cramp at night. With it, there is NO cramping. It is as simple as that!!!!! Thank you Salt Wrap. Keep making MAG R & R. A lot of people's nighttime rest depends on it!!!!!”
