“I have been taking one Mac R&R per day since on 6/22/21, so far my leg cramping had subsided, still little cramp in the morning sometimes but not as severe as it used too, hope it will be well soon. Thank you.”

“Sad to say that the "cramping" capsules did not work for me. I took them for two weeks with no results. Unfortunately, I purchased three of the bottles and now I am stuck with the product. Waste of money.”
