Thanks, Nanette - We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“Taking up to 3 per night and still get the leg cramps, also drinking a lot of water and eating properly. Obviously, the product did not work for me, and I have to be honest. That does not mean it won't work for other customers.”

“I have been taking MAG R&R for a couple of years now, prior to taking MAG R&R I had bad leg cramps frequently, since taking this product, I have-not had virtually any cramps all. It is amazing how effective this product really is.”

“I've been taking 3 capsules every evening for 2 weeks now and there has been NO results. Still having leg cramps, sometimes 3 to 4 times a night. This just doesn't work for me.”
