“I would have toe cramps every night and about every two weeks I would have horrible extremely painful leg cramps. Also, I would have a hard time getting to sleep at night and I would wake up 2-3 times during the night and sometimes lay in bed for two hours before I could get back to sleep. Since I started taking Mag R & R, I easily get to sleep, sleep through the night and I NEVER get leg cramps anymore. I usually don’t spend the time to write reviews but Salt Wrap has made my life so much better.”

“My legs don’t cramp like a painful tight calf muscle, but when I go to bed my leg will twitch and then the entire leg tightens go about five seconds. This happens about ever thirty seconds until I get up, this product does not help at all. I don’t know if it works for other cramps.”

Hi Elita - We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. Consistency is key!
