Hi Jean - I'm glad to hear that! Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Most people see the best results after a few weeks of continued use. Consistency is key!

“Want to return the 90 capsules I received from you. Tried a few and find that the Magnesium Glycinate acts like a laxative the same as magnesium without the glycinate. You advertised this would not happen, but my body will not tolerate it and will be unable to use. Please advise how I can return for a full refund.
