“ordered magnesium tablets,. Mag R&R they seem to be working alright. I was concerned as they didnt say if they caused bowel movements as most magnesium does. They do not seem to be doing that. Was using Cramp Defense with Tru Mag. they worked well. Price for quantity will probably be an issue in continuing these. They are 90 capsules for about the same price as Cramp Defense for 180 capsules. so more quantity for same price.”

Hi Karen, I'm happy to hear are getting relief with Mag R&R! I understand regarding price. Please note: the two other products you referenced contain only magnesium (and often just the cheap magnesium oxide version). Mag R&R contains 8 ingredients designed all for the same purpose. Hi Lavera - I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!
