“After years of suffering with intense leg cramps at night, and then having them bleed into the day when I would do pilates on the reformer, I did some internet research and found an article about leg cramps written by someone at Salt Wrap. I figured 'what have I got to lose?' and bought a bottle. Wow! I think I've been taking this for a bit over a year and it has changed the quality of my life significantly. It took me a while to find just the right dosage as 3 was not necessary, but now I can sleep through the night without a single cramping event. I did, after a time, add the Daytime Relief formula also, and now I have the perfect dosage going on; 1 during the day and 1 Mag R&R for the night. So relieved to have found this product and so grateful. Practicing gratitude right now!”

“I have suffered from leg cramps for many years. I thought I had this under control until I had a recent surgery. They came back with a vengeance. My wife saw the advertisement from Salt Wrap and I ordered 3 bottles. The first night I took them I had no cramps at all. I continue to take 2 pills every night and the results are amazing!”

“I am over 50 and work standing 8 1/2 hrs a day. Foot cramps were extremely painful until I found mag r&r. The added bonus of helping me fall asleep is wonderful. I will continue using this product.”

“I mistakenly did not read that the serving size on this product was 3 capsules. I prefer not to take that many capsules as the ingredients do not add up to enough concentration to eliminate other supplements I am presently taking. I am choosing to return the product. I am giving it a 2 rating but this is not on the quality of the product, just my personal need.”

“The SaltWrap supplement Mag R&R has been great at ending my tendency to cramp at night. For years I lived with night time cramps that I had resigned to myself were normal related to my active life style. I got more concerned about the cramping when I correlated muscle aching over extended time to the cramping. I was also concerned that if I did nothing about cramping the cramps might lead to blood clots. Those concerns led me to look for a solution beyond just taking electrolyte supplements during high fluid loss. I tried several supplements before starting to use Mag R&R. Mag R&R is the best I've taken and has essentially eliminated cramping during the night. I also fell less soreness over a normal day and can do my normal 10K steps per day with no cramping. Mag R&R works for me and has made a big difference during the last 1/2 year I have been taking it.”
