“They asked me what I thought the 2nd day I had the product, I didn't know, so I waited. Now that I've used Mag R&R, I'm impressed. I started with 2 capsules for the first 5 days. Now I take 1 capsule before I go to bed. I haven't had a cramp one since I started taking it. When I get up at night to use the bathroom, I've noticed that my legs DON'T hurt, they seem to be energized. HAPPY LEGS LOL”

“I have dealt with restless leg syndrome and muscle cramps for a very long time. Cramps during the hot summer months in Phoenix while working in the 110+ degree heat are the worst. I tried all kinds of electrolyte products and had some relief but the hand cramps in the evenings and especially the leg cramps that would hit me while sleeping were tough. Last year I stumbled on the Salt Wrap website and after reading some of the other customer reviews I decided to try their 3D and R&R supplements. All I can say is these products are amazing, I still drink my gallon+ of water daily(or try to during the winter) but take a couple 3D capsules to start my day and take additional throughout the day as needed when I start feeling cramping in my hands. Generally I'll take 1 R&R capsule at night and depending on how physical my day was I might take 2. I no longer wake up to painful leg cramps in the middle of the night. Again, these products are simply amazing, thanks Salt Wrap.”
