“The Mag R&R did seem to ease my leg cramps and help me sleep. But it contains Melatonin, which keeps me feeling sleepy for most of the next day. So I have discontinued using it.”

It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

“I have been using the MAG R&R capsules for a week and I notice no difference in the severity and number of my spasms, unfortunately. My spasms are related to MS and I wonder if spasms related to MS were not part of the research for this product. I would love to get an answer and maybe some advise from your team on how the capsules can work for me. Thank you.”
