“I have been suffering from feet, leg, hip and hand cramps for 25 years. It started in my feet and has worsened as I have aged. I have tried quinine, apple cider, potassium, magnesium, hydration, electrolytes, cut out high heels, coffee, wine, alcohol and the list is miles long. The only remedy was crawling into a hot bath sometimes 5x a night to stop the pain. I have seen a neurologist, cardiologist, gastroenterologist, orthopedist, opthamologist, rheumatologist, nephrologist to get some ansers but everything is normal so they say. I ordered Maga R&R as a whim because I have tried every other pill and ointment available with no success. I am 5'2", 116 pounds so I only took (1) capsule. My first night of taking it was one of the worst experiences. I had cramps everywhere and they wouldn't stop. I was in tears but the time the sun came up. I then took it again out of desperation to find something that works and combined it with 1/2 caplet of Advil PM. It seemed to work. I am now on my 4th week of this routine and still amazed when I wake up having no night cramps or calf cramps when I stretch in the morning. I have 1 cup of coffee and drink wine or alcohol in small amounts on the weekends. I still hydrate. Hoping to try some low heels soon but I can't believe this is real after 25 years of suffering. Thank you so much!!!!!”

“I’ve suffered with nocturnal leg cramps for over 20 years and not only were they incredibly painful, but the loss of good sleep took a major hit on my body and life. The first bottle didn’t kick in for over two weeks, but it did kick in and I sleep without leg cramps awakening me five and six times a night. I sleep through the night and awake rested and refreshed. I don’t need a nap anymore. Fatigue is gone! Cramping is gone! Attitude is positive! Mag R&R is working!!! Thank you for this product.”

“I've had type 2 diabetes for 26 years now plus I've developed psoriatic arthritis and osteoarthritis. I have frequent night leg cramps and cramping during the day.
