“SaltWarp is a good company, however, one size does not fit all. I started taking 2 caps of Mag R&R at bedtime to stop cramps without success, then I went to 3 caps and still had cramps. For the last two nights, I took 4 camps, no cramps but I had very, very loose bowels. So the jury is still out.”

“Does not do a thing for me. Eat a banana and take 3 capsules a night before bed to wake up 4 hours later with severe leg cramps. Been using this product for about 2 weeks and nothing.”

I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!
