“Ordered through Amazon. Was hopeful it would help excruciating nightly leg aches, cramps etc. wow! I am a believer in the product. It has eased the cramps by 100%. I can’t believe I have suffered for years before finding this product.”

Hi Olivia - I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

“I am only taking one capsule each night at bedtime (the packaging recommends THREE at bedtime) and I have had ZERO leg cramps. In addition I think that I am also sleeping better.”

“I have had nocturnal leg and foot cramps for a few years now and have tried many products. This is the only one that actually works for me, most all nights. I still get an occasional cramp, but am happy with this product and am able to get some uninterrupted sleep. I am also pleased with the service I received when I had a problem with my order. “My acupuncturist suggested I try taking additional magnesium for painful night cramps in my feet and legs but it wasn't working until I tried this formula. If I take 3 capsules at bed time, no more cramps!”
