“I’ve struggled with “nocturnal” leg cramps for over 20 years when I learned about Mag R&R. The product worked the first full week and I experienced fuller night’s sleep and cramp free legs. Week #2 the leg cramps returned. It’s been a real struggle over the years as my cramps find ways to circumvent remedies. I’m at a loss once again. I’m sorry to report this dilemma. I was so hopeful. I am continuing with the product in hopes of a good outcome and appreciate your interest in my results.”

Hi Sanna - I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

“Takes one before bed with apple sauce. Never had leg cramp ever since.never needed to upgrade to more than one tab. Definitely a great formula. What a difference a good night sleep makes! Thank you so much”

“So far, I have only taken 2 each night before bedtime. I still had some cramping of legs & feet, but I think they were less last night. It hasn’t been a week, but I expected gradual improvement. I’ve been hesitant to take 3 because Mg tends for me to have loose stools. It was slightly today, so I’d better stay with 2 over Christmas Holiday. I have hope that the cramps will diminish as I take 2 each night. Maggie”

We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time.

“Finding SaltWrap was a godsend. Online ordering was easy and the product came within the time frame promised. The first night that I took Mag R&R was the first night in months that I slept without waking up to gripping, debilitating foot and leg cramps. I typically get them so bad that they leave me sore and tender for a few days after. When I get them I jump out of bed and try to walk around, drink pickle juice (it's a thing!), and guzzle water all in a desperate attempt to make them go away. At times the cramps are coming from different directions in the same calf or thigh and no matter which way I try to walk or stretch, it causes another one to come on. I'm paralyzed with fear of moving and setting another one off when that happens. Those types of cramps have not happened since the first night I started taking Mag R&R. A few nights in, I had some mild cramping but upped the dosage to three capsules and haven't experienced another one since. I've had such good results that my chiropractor is recommending them to his other patients.”
