We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. Thanks, Nancy!

“I came across this website by chance and after reading such positive reviews I decided to try 1 bottle- well after such success I've reordered. No matter what I had tried in the past I was still jumping out of bed 3-4 times a night to relieve my severe leg cramps. I've found I need to take 3 capsules and finally enjoy a good nights sleep! “I started with one capsule, but quickly had to increase to 3, which is the maximum suggested. I have felt a somewhat positive result, but still struggle to eliminate the nighttime leg cramps I suffer. The addition of 50MG zinc with each dose has improved the results, but even that has not completely eliminated the cramps. I really don't know what else to do.”

“I have been wakened at night with continual cramping in my feet or legs. Mag R&R is the only product I have tried that actually works to stop them so I get a good night's sleep. Caveat: drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, and I have found that sometimes I need to take more than the recommended dose of three capsules. That said, like a charm it works!”
