“was using calm for my nocturnal leg cramps,it was working better than not having any relief,then i bought a bottle of R&R max...what a big leg up!.this stuff is working for me big time..just bought a six month supply on their Christmas sale..what relief,,thank you salt wrap..Merry Christmas from jim brady”

“My husband has had debilitating night leg cramps for many years, going through the jump out of bed, walking, stretching...but after his stroke two years ago he could no longer jump out of bed. We have continued looking for relief these many years and believe we have found it thru Salt Wrap's Mag R&R. One week after beginning to take the pills we have noticed a difference. “I was constantly waking up in the middle of the night with leg cramps both in my calves and in my thighs even though I drink 10 - 10oz's of water. I read what could be causing these cramps and what can help them. The type of cramps I was experiencing are called nocturnal leg cramps, I then began looking up what help alleviate these pains as Tylenol and Ibuprofen did not help at all. I came across the Mag R&R (Magnesium) and read all the information on this website. I can honestly say 100% from the night I started them I have not had any leg cramps at all. I have been using these for several months and one night I did forget to take them and I woke that night with the cramps. I was concerned as I was going to be having surgery and was not sure if my doctor would allow me to take them the night before my surgery as there are other natural ingredients. My surgeon looked at the ingredients on the bottle and said that they were fine to take. I would recommend this product to anyone. I also found out just prior to starting these vitamins via blood work that I was magnesium deficient so my finding out about these have kept me off Prescription Medications.”
