“I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO GET RID OF LEG CRAMPS. THE R&R CAPSULE HAVE GIVEN ME RELIEF AND ALMOST COMPLETELY GONE AT NIGHT. I HAVE TRIED MAGNESIUM, TONIC WATER, GATORADE, PLUS WATER AND OVER THE COUNTER HYLAND LEG CRAMP TABLETS. IF YOU HAVE NIGHTLY LEG CRAMPS, YOU MUST USE THIS PRODUCT. IT'S AWESOME! JUDY”

We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Hopefully, you will see results accumulate over time. Thanks, Thomas!

“I am so glad that the product Mag R&R is available through your company. I had ordered a 3 month supply once before,and was enjoying the benefits of not having the painful leg cramps at night. However I allowed myself to "run out" of the Mag R&R, and the cramps returned. I will be paying close attention to my supply from now on.
