“I have been using Mag R&R for 3 months and have only had leg cramps once which is pretty amazing because I had been having them nightly in both legs sometimes more than once. I am not a large person so only take one a night but know I can increase the dosage if I start having them again. It has surely helped my quality of sleep.”

“The magnesium did nothing to improve my leg cramps, it did help me to sleep. The problem was though I had a better sleep, it took me most of the morning to wake up. I was very drousy until about noon. I stopped taking it after about 2 weeks.”

“this product literally rid my body of severe leg cramps caused by statins. I tried to alternate another product with MAG R & R and it fell short of working. I went from leg and hip pain to no pain in just a few days.”

“Had had night cramps for years in my feet and legs. Walked around house at night to get my feet to relax. When I started having the same kind of cramps in arms and hands, it Really scared me! I got online and researched and found your site. Ordered it and have had amazing results. Now I only have a very occasional twinge in my foot but this is rarely!! Will never ever be without this!!!”

“I am in my second month on MAG R&R. So far, I am giving a 5 star, because of how I am doing. I have tried others, and rated them 5 stars, but after 3 months of use, I was back to the screaming pain and sleepless nights. But for now- I LOVE IT!”
