“This has worked well for my wife's nighttime cramps. However, she still gets them upon awakening or early morning. Not sure if she should take them in the AM as well?”

“I was having significant pain in my legs pretty consistent shoulder pain and irregular discomfort anywhere. It made no sense and I wondered if it was nervous system. Also I would have severe cramps feet legs ribs finger. Can not say why it dawned on me all the discomfort could be muscle cramps. Irregular and site could be pain free. Looked up treatment for muscle cramps choose MAG R&R. After the first dose I would say the pain was 50% gone. Was very optimistic about next dose. Not as drastic an improvement but a daily gradual improvement. Really appreciate this product.”

“I was suffering from leg cramps that were getting increasingly worse no matter what I tried to do. I tried changing my diet, more water, more exercise, you name it. This is the first solution that has worked and I highly recommend it. My leg cramps are gone!!”
