“I was skeptical but my anti-spasm prescription was not stopping nightly severe foot and ankles spasms. I have taken one pill nightly for over a week and beginning second night, the spasms were so scaled back I could only sense some twitching but no constriction or pain.”

“I have been using the salt wrap for over a week both during the day and at night. The night leg cramps continue and yesterday for the first time I had leg cramps that were severe while I was in the pool. I'm not blaming this product but I am watching how my body is reacting to it. So far it's not been what I was expecting”

Thanks for the feedback, Joan. We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Again, we can always refund you just say the word - but hopefully you will see results accumulate over time.

“I took 2 capsules for my first dose. My legs were uncomfortably tight all night, but I didn't have any cramps. I took a single dose the second night. Again, my legs were tight but no cramps. The third night I took one capsule and I had cramping. Night four I took 2 capsules. My legs were tight and I got cramps. I'm not taking it anymore.”

I'm sorry to hear this! Please email help@saltwrap.com with your order number so we can process a full refund for you. NOTE: Though we always recommend starting with 1-2 capsules, the recommended serving size is 3 capsules. Also, most people see the best results after a few weeks of continued use.
