“The product MAG R&R really works for me. I would lose a lot of water while working in the yard and even though I would drink 2-3 bottles of water I would still wake up in 2hrs with leg cramps. Thanks for the feedback, Carolyn. We totally understand this. Many people do get immediate relief, but many others need time. It can take time to fix deficiencies and for your body to adjust to new supplements. Again, we can always refund you just say the word - but hopefully you will see results accumulate over time.

“Thus far, the MAG R&R supplements are helping me sleep through the night without foot & leg cramps. Have been taking them for a week or so. However, the cramps do still occur when I try to swim. I will continue to take them.”

“Your service has been very good. The product did work in relieving my leg cramps. However, I was hoping that the coated magnesium would not affect my bowels. With just taking one pill per evening, after a few days it was evident that the magnesium was just too strong for my system. I discontinued the pills.”

“I started taking the Mag R&R two weeks ago. I have been having very painful foot and leg cramps at night for about two years. I have tried 2 prescription medications (Gabapentin and Mirapex) and neither helped much. So far, I am impressed with the Mag R&R. I have had a few cramps at night, but not much and not severe. My cramping tends to come in cycles, like 5 days of cramps at night, then a week or so without, so I have not decided for sure how well your product works. But if the cramping continues to decrease, I will definitely be using it at night from now on.”
