“Began taking because of cramps, restless legs, and wakefulness. At first I felt the cramps were more severe with the supplement, but within 3 days they were much improved. And my workouts were more satisfying---found I was working out longer with less muscle soreness. I will keep taking and hope for even more success!”

“I have been taking Mag R&R for a few years now. I have had really bad thigh and calf cramps for some time. mostly at night when trying to sleep I would wake up with severe cramps, Taking MagR&R when I lay day has helped me a ton with those cramps. I take two when I lay down to sleep. Helps me fall asleep easier and doesn't cause that drowsy feeling when I wake up. Some nights I will get up and take another capsule to help my severe leg cramps. Thank you for the Mag R&R”
