“Started taking Mag R & R April 5,2025...one tablet at first ,then two, then three for the last 29 days with no relief rom lower leg cramps and pain. My Neurologist said to try diet tonic water as well... the quinine might help. Plus Highlands Leg Cramps pills. The only product that gives relief is Theraworx foam, so far. I will take my last three Mag R & R capsules tonight, May 4, 2025 and update you tomorrow. nolan sanchez”

“I had bought MAG R & R last year and didn't think that it did anything. Well tyhe problem was not MAG R & R it was me. I did not take it as instructed. I bought it again and followed the instructions. And it WORKS ! My pain in my legs got so bad I had to try again and I'm glad I did, I didn't give it 5 stars because I still have some problems now and then, but it helps to reduce the amount of pain it's now a shorter period of time with the pain. I will not stop taking MAG R & R !”

“I used to have leg cramps every night. Sometimes I had 5-6 cramps in one night. Since taking Mad-3D, the cramps are gone or there might be one or two cramps in a night. So much better.”
