“It worked to get rid of my Charlie horse for few weeks. After that, it doesn’t work as well. In order for it to work again, I have to be off of it for several weeks. Not a bad product but it’s not consistent.”

“I take 3 R&R every night b/4 bed. I cannot say that my leg cramps are completely gone, but they are much better.”

“Does not work for me. Have at least one and more likely two unopened bottles that will eventually wind up in the garbage. At the price I paid for a bottle, not so good.”

“Can’t say enough good things. Two capsules of R&R before I go to sleep and no leg cramps. Something I’ve been struggling with for years. Tried other OTC products but no help. At 83 years old, I was going to the bathroom 3 or 4 times each night. Slept 5 hours straight last night. Could it be the Melatonin?”
