“I'd just like to say that I have been overly impressed with this product. Prior to the last year and a half that I've been taking this product I've experienced 98.9% relief from leg cramps. The 1.1% is only attributed to the fact that over that time period I can just about feel a cramp wanting to come into my leg, but this product gives you forewarning to move your legs in a direction to keep the cramp from actually coming into the leg. I've tried a couple of other products on the market like the foam you rub in or magnesium base pills and they couldn't stand next to Mag R & R.I was experiencing cramps twice a week, at least for a few years and in the last 1 and 1/2 to 1 and 3/4 years since I started using this product nightly I may have had cramps on 2 to 3 occasions when I began using this product. It truly works. Trust!!!”
