“Saltwrap seems to be working. I’ve woke up a couple nights with leg cramps while using this product but I’ve also been doing a lot of strenuous work outside in the hot Tx sun where I have to change a sweat soaked shirt 3-4 times a day. I am losing a lot of salt and electrolytes so I think Saltwrap is actually helping. I was waking up with leg cramps more often before taking it, so I’ll say yes, it’s working”

“I don't think I've been using it long enough to have an honest opinion -- I say that because I'm still getting leg cramps at night that make me spring out of bed rubbing my legs furiously. I started out with one pill per night -- I am now taking two per night for the past three nights. We'll see what happens ;-) One last question: does is matter what other pills I'm taking at night too? If some are not compatible, can you let me know what they are? Thanks so very much! Hi Catherine, thanks for the feedback! You may want to try the full suggested dosage (and, stick with it! - it can take a few weeks for the full benefits to be realized). “I might give it a 5 in a couple of weeks. I started on 1 capsule, bumped up to 2 due to continued leg cramps. After being on it a little over a week, last night was the first night no cramps. The melatonin is a plus, noticeably helps with sleep quality. May have to do the max recommendation of 3 capsules, but taking it slow. So far, good!”
