“This is the second round of salt wrap for leg cramps it's no better than the first round. The first bottle made me sleep better but the second bottle is not doing that. I will admit that my cramps are better they just are not gone.”

“I like the product because it helps me sleep - though melatonin tends to keep me groggy a bit the next day. It works for a couple of nights - but bam - the cramps come back. I was wondering if the product interplays with - say a glass of wine in the evening. I want this to work so badly. I did order another product from someone else if this doesn’t work on a consistent basis. I suffer greatly with nocturnal leg cramps.”

Also - you may want to lower the dosage to 1 capsule and continue taking it for a period of 2-3 weeks. It can take time for the full benefits to be realized. Thanks again for the feedback!

“I purchased this product at about 4am after a night of more pain than I could handle and in tears with it...and I’m pretty tough. It came in a few days and I have slept through the nights without the excruciating pain waking me up and having to walk the cramps off. Amazing relief.”
