“I am disappointed with the effects of the R & R. I have taken it for 9 days with no relief. I have uped the dosage to 2 pills a night for 3 nights and I am still getting cramps.”

“I have been taking Mag R&R® Natural Muscle Relaxation Supplement for two weeks now and have no spasms (or only very slight twitching) in my legs - for the first time in about 4 years! I highly recommend this supplement to anyone with nocturnal spasms or cramps in their legs. It also has reduced the heat in the soles of my feet although not (yet) eliminated that discomfort. With no spasms or build-up of tension in my leg muscles, the two hours of sleep I get at a time is much deeper and I feel regenerated in the morning.”
