“I have had Nocturnal leg cramps pretty consistently my whole life. I started taking Mag R&R and in a week the leg cramps were off the charts worse. I am not sure that it was the specifically the Mag R&R that caused it, but the massive hip to toe leg cramps subsided back to simple calf or foot cramps as soon as I stopped taking the supplement. It just didn't work for me.”
