“I have only been taking the M R&R for maybe a week now and I think this formula is helping me. I feel like my leg muscles are no longer on the verge of getting very painful cramps at night. I also feel when i'm walking during the day I can move faster because my muscles seem to feel not so tight. I guess time will tell. For right now I am feeling better and will probably order more in a larger quantity!!! So happy to have have this product.”

“Not working for me as I was hoping.it would. The leg/foot cramp have lessened somewhat, but I wake up groggy from the sleep aids. The combination is definitely affecting my digestive system and bowels.”

NOTE: you may want to try a lower dosage as many people don't need the full strength 3 capsule dosage to get desired effects. We always suggest starting with 1 capsule and working up from there as needed.

“This was difficult to rate. I had hoped for help with nighttime leg cramps but so far, no difference. However, I am sleeping more soundly than I have in years between the leg cramps. For that reason, I will continue to take it. I tried 3 capsules a night but felt too groggy in the morning and it did not make a difference with the cramps. I am currently taking 2 capsules at bedtime.”
