“Have taken Mag R&R for 17 nights, varying from 1 to 2 to 3 pills. Helps leg cramps (not athletic caused, I'm a senior) until middle of night. The quantity doesn't seem to make a difference. Does not help insomnia. Is it advised to take 1 pill at bedtime, then another at 3:00 A.M. in case the relief wears off after a few hours?”

“Your Msg R&R is a great product! I'm 68, and have suffered with severe leg cramps at night for months. I'm a contractor, and still maintain an active work and recreational life. The cramps were disrupting my sleep so much it was hard to live my normal life. Try dealing with Both hip flexors locking up at once!! The Mag R&R has stopped 95% of the cramps, and the ones I get are easily managed. Best of all, thanks to the sleep aides in the formula, when I do get a cramp resolved I can drift right back to sleep no problem. Great product, and I'm a customer for life!”
