“I am 75 and changed my diet to more KETO and spending more time at the gym. I was amazed at the relief I experienced from severe thigh and calf cramps, 3 MAG R&R at bedtime. I still only get 4-6 hours of solid sleep before I get foot cramps that I have to walk out. I would like any input on how to make the foot cramps go away and get 8-9 hours sleep?”

“I have had leg and feet cramps for years. Since using MAG R&R I have been able to sleep entire nights pain free for almost three months. It is such a blessing. The only improvement I would request is to increase the melatonin a bit. It takes me a long time to go to sleep as I have anxiety issues. As a whole I am very thankful for this product. Thank you!!”

Hi Joycce - I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!
