“I have been taking Meg r&r for almost 2 months now and I can’t say that my leg cramps at night are gone and truly have not felt much relief. I’m going to give it 1 more month and if l don’t get any relief lm going to stop taking them. I will say l was very satisfied with customer service as they gave me a full refund on my last order. I’m sure this product works well on some customers.”

Hi Steven! I’m sorry this didn’t work for you. I do see that your order has been refunded in full, so I’m happy we were able to process that for you in a timely manner. Also - it looks like you have only had Mag R&R for a few days. It can take a few weeks to realize the full benefits -- so even though we refunded your order, I hope you stick with it for a few weeks!

“I have been taking Mag R and R for one month. I have to take 3 capsules to get about 80% results. I am grateful for the 80%. So I will continue to take it. I do not know if weight and height makes any difference but I am 5'1" and weight 123lbs. Not sure if I can take a higher dosage and if that will make any more inprovement. This product does not make me sleep. I do get drowsy but does not make me sleep. I still have to take my other products that do help me sleep. There does not seem to be any adverse interaction between them. I am giving them a 5 becasue their cutsomer service was exceotional.”

Hi Patricia! Sorry to hear this. In the meantime, we suggest that you stop taking this supplement. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention. We always suggest that you consult with your physician or a licensed medical professional before beginning or changing your nutrition program, including which supplements you take. Although any kind of reaction from this product is very rare, we like to be safe.

“This has been a blessing for me. I was at my wits end trying to get relief. I drank so much pickle juice that I felt like a pickle!! I ate mustard it seemed like by the bottle. Till I saw the ad on Facebook about MAG R & R. I spoke with Scott who helped me find the right dosage. Now I can sit down and relax without having leg cramps. My night sleep is not interrupted anyone by them. Thank you to Scott Hogan and his help and encouragement!!!”

“I started taking Mag R and R a month ago. I do have to take 3 to get results. I do still get a cramp or 2 during the night but that is 95% better than before I started taking it. It does not help with sleep. I does make me groggy but sleep still comes hard for me. I will continue to take it. Reordering because the results are miraculous.”
