“I'm 77 years old and have had muscle spasms since I was around 8 years old. They are not only in my legs, and not only at night. I get them in my hips, thighs, back, face, hands and only have a couple of places I haven't gotten one. They became debilitating and were very painful. The Drs couldn't help so I've tried many different things. This product is by far the best thing I've tried so far. I have been taking 2 tablets at night before bed for about a month now and the few cramps I've had go away quickly. I also seem to be getting way less during the day. I would recommend these to anyone who suffers with muscle cramps.”

“I purchased the MAG R&R. It's amazing! I was getting about 4 leg cramps every night. I also got a lot of them during the day. The first night I took this, I didn't get any cramps! I've been taking it every night and I haven't had a cramp since. Not even during the day. I took other Magnesium supplements in the past, but they did not work. I'm so glad I found this products!”

“This has definitely helped me sleep. However, I still get restless legs, & I thought this would help with that. What do you suggest?”

That is great you are sleeping well. For the restless legs, it's not uncommon for symptoms to gradually reduce over time. If it continues to not work for you, you can always request a refund!

“Product works quite well for controlling my nightly leg cramps. I was used to waking up 2-3 times each night from terrible leg cramping. This product has changed that dramatically, to 0 to occasionally 1 time at night. I highly recommend this magnesium supplement and have told several of my friends about it!”
