“I ue both the collagen and the MAG R&R. The MAG R&R has helped so much with the restlessness at bedtime, has stopped a lot of the tossing and turning. Haven't been using the collagen long enough to review, but hoping it will resolve some of the issues I have.”

“Hundreds of dollars wasted in fruitless searches for remedy for ten years of agonizing cramps seven nights a week. Just horrendous pain.. Tried two capsules of Mag R&R; NO cramps that night!! I’m almost at the end of my second month of this product & I’m almost two months cramp-free.…..For me, it’s been a miracle; worth every dime.”

“Well, it definitely gets rid of nocturnal cramps I’m super sensitive to any kind of medications. I do have a sleep hangover from this product. I don’t think I can take it, I only take one capsule and the recommended dose is three. But, if you have trouble sleeping, this product is for you.”
